CURRENT PROJECTS

How to Win a Grammy.
A Rock Mocumentary
In development
We’ve been developing this project for the past two years. How to Win a Grammy is a rock mocumentary written by Samantha Dagnino and co-directed by Prakriti Maduro and Samantha Dagnino. Produced by Marcel Rasquin, this wild, music-driven ride is getting ready to roll.
We’re currently raising funds, and our crowdfunding campaign is about to hit the streets. Cameras are itching to roll, stay tuned, it’s coming very soon.
Crossing the Line
In post-production
We’re so happy to share that Crossing the Line is finally picture-locked! This short film, written and directed by Prakriti Maduro, stars Mariela Segovia, with performances by Prakriti and her daughter, actress Gala Rasquin. It’s a story that comes straight from the heart, not only for Prakriti and Mariela, but for everyone involved. The film is now in its final stage of post-production and will soon begin its journey through the festival circuit.

El Frío que Guía Luz
To be premiered.
AFI’s thesis short film "El Frío que Guía Luz", directed by Emily Gularte, and starring Prakriti Maduro and Gala Rasquin, is now complete.
This deeply moving production holds special meaning for Prakriti and her family, it marks the first professional fiction project where Prakriti and her daughter, actress Gala Rasquin, portray mother and daughter on screen.
A touching story about resilience and love, the film gave six-year-old Gala the opportunity to shine brightly in front of a full professional crew. We look forward to its premiere at AFI Fest 2025.
